Preparing for unknown financial disaster

Who won the race between the rabbit and the turtle? Isn't it the turtle? Complacency sometimes put many people in finacial danger. They think that they have big salary and stable job that made them "secure" which would not be the case when sudden change occurred. I have known few of them who were caught unprepared when the bad times hit them, they lost their job and also their almost six-digit salary. The worst scenario there is no savings as the result of too much complacency and spending. The money were used to acquire things that become useless or liability in the long run, or were not income-producing assets such as cabinets of clothes and shoes, variety of appliances, too expensive gadgets, very luxurious cars, unyielding land, together with some vices, etc. These are the disastrous way of spending the money. On the other hand, the wise person will spend his money on income-generating enterprise, like renting or services, and auto-generating profit scheme.

Here are examples for rent that may help multiply your money:
Sport facility like billiard, badminton, mini basketball, table tennis, skateboards etc.,

Tents, tables and chairs, videoke machine, gowns and dress are things for occasion and celebration,

Vending machines, for water or coffee for day to day needs of passer-by,

bicycles, tricycles, cars, boats, snorkel, lifejacket, etc. for transportation,

House or room for rent, or venue for private meetings or celebrations.

Services that you may want to invest:
carwash, laundry, encoding, cooking, video and photo service, massage, transporting, tutorial on guitar, piano, driving, martial arts etc.

How about the auto-generating profit scheme:
stock market, mutual funds, bank savings, websites, blogging, youtube, etc.

Common and yet gaining too:
plants and fruit-bearing trees, animals like cow, goats, pig, fowl, fish, etc.
It is good to distribute or allot the money to different income-generating project so to have sources of money in case worst things will happen.

Recommend it to google+ or share it if you find it helpful.
