My simple diet to burn body fat

Controlling hunger is the way to become slim.

Hunger is the driving force to fill in the stomach with lots of food in order to stop the craving and discomfort. So let's stop hunger by a liquid food but not depriving so much of the needs of the body.

With this diet, you can eat normally like breakfast, lunch and dinner but I recommend a balanced one (e.g. ¼ of a plate is rice, ¼ of a plate is meat or fish, and ½ of a plate are vegetables or fruits). Normally this is not accomplished by many. However, the goal to become lean is achievable.

How is the slimming process done?

No snack or Liquid food
No snack! You may object, "that is punishing and unbearable. ". Yes it is if there is no substitution. As I said above let us stop hunger with a liquid food. During snack time I drink a mixture of water with molasses, soya extract, a bit of milk filled with lactobacilli which is good for the stomach. Actually it is being sold in the Philippine market. I am hesitant to name the product because I am not endorsing it for the company. But for the information of everybody I need to name the product at the end of this article.

Allow me to discuss it further. Skipping a snack is unhealthy to the body or shall we say undesirable especially if you have a work. The mixture, as mentioned above, can suppress hunger which is a better option than be distracted with hunger as you work before eating your next meal. It is added with 33 kinds of amino acids which help to burn fat and lose weight. Every time you are hungry just take a teaspoon of it. Some people like the sour taste. In my case, I dilute it with 5 tablespoons of water. What this mixture makes it really amazing, it will give you energy to do your work. This is my energizer.

Low carbs
What is the point of " No snack " if you eat one plate of rice? One cup of rice is ideal, however two cups of rice is tolerable especially if the work requires physical labor. No to ice cream, cakes, pasta, cola etc. However, sweet potato, and other root crops are good substitute for rice.

The mentioned mixture above is cheap that costs around 45 pesos for 220ml. This can last for a month or more. So you will become lean and fit and at the same time you will save money without sacrificing your health. The product's name is in the picture below, in blue bottle. After two weeks or more with simple diet you can notice a smaller waistline than your pants or skirts.
